Timothy and Fae (Stuart) Presley are Stuart & Presley. When Fae's first husband, Ed, died, Fae knew that only a simple wooden casket would be right. Later, Tim entered her life and soon after, her father died. Fae and her mother once again chose wood…but this time, Tim built the casket. Upon their marriage, Stuart & Presley was born.
Natural wood speaks to the heart and soul like nothing else. Many people spoke of this at the funerals for Fae's husband and father: "That is the casket that I want to be buried in." So the desire to create something beautiful for these people and the desire to work together at home created our company, Stuart & Presley.
We also share concern for our environment--thus,
all of our products are constructed with formaldehyde-free plywood, nontoxic glues, and natural oil finishes.
Our products are certified by the Green Burial Council as environmentally-friendly.
 Tim brings a lifetime of woodworking experience to this endeavor. Building a casket is not just another project, however; Tim treats each one with reverence and prays for each person and family who will utilize the casket.
